Delete your Macoloc account

You can request permanent deletion of your Macoloc account and associated data at any time.

In the app

  1. Sign in to Macoloc.
  2. Open Profile, then Sensitive.
  3. Choose Delete my account.
  4. Confirm your identity with Google or Apple, then confirm deletion.

If you cannot access the app

Send a request from the email address linked to the account. Include the email address for the account concerned; never share your password.

Data deleted

Deletion removes the profile, published content, and associated personal data that is not legally required to be retained. If the last full member leaves a home, that home’s data is also deleted. For an Apple account, the Sign in with Apple authorization is revoked.

Limited retention. Technical logs, crash reports, Analytics data, and security backups may remain for a limited period based on Firebase retention settings and security requirements. They are not used to keep an account active.
